Shipping
Ready to ship products will be sent in 3-5 business days.
We ship using DHL with 1-3 days shipping.
We are not held responsible for lost packages.
The customer will be given a tracking number after the item is shipped.

Custom Garments/Made to Order

Custom Garments and Made to Orders will be produced when the order is submitted and paid for. Please allow 2-3 weeks to be shipped. Please contact us with any questions.




Customs/Custom Fees
We are also not responsible for customs charges or delays in delivery for international deliveries. Please allow additional time for international packages.


Due to new COVID shipping protocols to the UK, our regular service with DHL does not comply. Therefore, if you are purchasing from the UK, you will be asked to pay an additional $8 after you have placed your order. Your order will be shipped with FedEx (1-3 delivery).

Return Policy

RETURNS

All sales final. Returns will not be accepted. Exchanges may be given in exceptional circumstances, for example, if the product is faulty from production issues. 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from production issues. We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

MEASUREMENTS

We are not responsible for sizing mistakes. It is the customer's responsibility to give their correct measurements. If you have any questions about taking measurements prior to your order, please contact us.
